Just a short update today to let you know that we're putting the finishing touches on a new arrangement of Quincy Jones' "Soul Bossa Nova" as featured in "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery". The score and parts set will be available both here for digital and physical editions and on SheetMusicPlus.com for digital only.

Goodness! Has it really been two years since our last blog post?
It's high time this website receives the TLC it deserves, so from today we'll be making it much more of a focus, with regular updates to content and a new members only area coming soon, where you will be able to get access to some incredible material. Trial-level members will be able to see what is in our extensive library of Original Score Scans as well as the ever-growing portfolio of cues and complete scores which we have engraved. Full Members will be able to download any of the scores in the library and will receive digital copies of cues, suites and complete scores engraved by CSMS hot off the press as they are completed. Full Members will also be able to influence future projects in our feedback forum and vote for the engravings they'd most like to see. We're so excited to share our resources and experience with you, and can't wait to hear your comments!
I have a few new pieces on the go at the moment, so expect to see more updates coming thick and fast over the coming weeks. I'm making a big push to increase the amount of content on my website, and the pieces available for hire. It's quite a mixed bag, ranging from "high classical" to early 20th century film scores and more, so I'm sure there'll be something of interest to everyone!
I've also recently partnered with fellow British composer Michael Lisle Dunn, and we look forward to sharing his latest composition for solo harp, very soon. Congratulations to the Burgess Hill Concert Orchestra, who performed my new edition of the Hely-Hutchinson Carol Symphony on Saturday night to a comfortably full audience at the newly refurbished St. Andrew's church in Burgess Hill.
I had been eagerly awaiting hearing the music being played live and wasn't at all disappointed. It's great to see a group of such professional players, who have never played this piece together before, spend 30 minutes having a run-through in the afternoon, then with the added electricity of "the moment" put on a magical, sparkling performance in the evening. The next chance to hear this fabulous piece is on Saturday 19th December 2015 at the Assembly Hall in Worthing, with the Worthing Philharmonic Orchestra. www.worthingphil.com "Concert season" is in full swing and our newly engraved set of the Hely-Hutchinson Carol Symphony is getting its first performance this weekend. Join the Burgess Hill Choral Society at St. Andrew's Church in Burgess Hill this Saturday; 12th December at 19:30 for an evening of festive music. http://www.burgesshillchoralsociety.org.uk/tickets.html Then next weekend on Saturday 19th December, join the Worthing Philharmonic Orchestra, who will be performing at the Assembly Hall in Worthing, again including the Hely-Hutchinson in their Christmas programme.
